Norman Chan is a Professorate Senior Engineer and a recognized Top Talent in Huizhou. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director of Ka Shui International Holdings Ltd.

He is a Fellow of the Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries (PVCHK) and Vice Chairman of the Mainland Affairs Committee of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Critical Components Manufacturers Association (HKCCMA), Standing Council Member of the 8th Council of the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society (GDMES), and Vice Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Foundry Association (CFA).

Mr. Chan has led and participated in numerous industry, provincial and municipal projects, overseeing more than 50 industry-academia-research and technology upgrading initiatives. Under his leadership, the company successfully obtained certifications and recognitions including National High-Tech Enterprise status, Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center designation, and Integration of Informatization and Industrialization (Two-Integration) Management System certification.

He has published more than 10 high-level papers in renowned domestic and international journals, contributed to the formulation of several industry group standards, and holds over 20 authorized patents. In addition, he has supervised postgraduate and undergraduate students from leading universities, mentoring more than 20 master's students and over 100 undergraduate interns.

Tom Rosensweet worked for several ferroalloy trading companies and an additive manufacturer before establishing Newport Metals in 2003. The company imports magnesium anodes for sale to large U.S. distributors, and it supplies ferroalloys and scrap to stainless steel foundries and similar companies. Mr. Rosensweet began a mutually beneficial partnership with Shanxi Yinguang Huasheng Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. in 2001 and has represented them in the U.S. since then. Mr. Rosensweet was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a long-time resident of Jersey City, New Jersey. He has a bachelor’s degree in politics from Brandeis University and a master’s in government from Cornell University. He has been purchasing metals from China since 1980.

Mr. Zhao brings more than 20 years of experience in the magnesium industry. He spent a decade at Foxconn, building a strong foundation in international manufacturing and advanced materials applications, followed by eight years at a publicly listed Chinese company, where he deepened his expertise in capital operations and full value-chain strategy.

Over the past two years as General Manager of Bada New Materials, he has overseen overall operations and driven the company's strategic development. He is actively promoting the green transformation and high-quality growth of the magnesium sector, earning recognition as a forward-looking industry leader with strong technical and managerial capabilities.

Currently, he is the General Manager of Yian Yunhai Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Daniel Chu has nearly 20-year working experience in magnesium metal industry and has profound understanding on developments of the Chinese magnesium industry and magnesium market situations of both China and overseas. He was invited repeatedly to deliver speeches and take parti in discussions in magnesium meetings both in China and overseas.

Yangchun Tan

With 18 years of experience in the magnesium industry, Mr. Tan Yangchun possesses extensive practical expertise in magnesium and magnesium alloys. He has been recognized as an expert by the Magnesium Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. In 2001, he began his career in magnesium alloy technology and production management at Taiwanese-invested companies such as LK Group, Foxconn, and Tongxiang. In 2011, he participated in the research, development, and manufacturing of China’s first magnesium alloy wheel hub. In 2015, he was involved in the R&D and manufacturing of wheel hubs for Mobike’s shared bicycles. In 2019, he contributed to the development of China’s first integrated magnesium alloy bicycle frame for bikes larger than 26 inches. In 2021, he participated in the formulation of the national standard for integrated bicycle wheel hubs.

Anhui Meilihao Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in September 2025 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. As a core production base, it represents a strategic nationwide expansion by Guangdong Meilihao Group. Leveraging the Group’s 11 years of industry experience, the company has emerged as a key domestic manufacturer of wheel hubs for electric-assist bicycles, accounting for one-quarter of the national output of magnesium alloy wheel hubs, with its market share in shared bicycle wheel hubs ranking first nationwide. As a vital platform for the Group’s large-scale expansion and high-end upgrades, Anhui Meilihao fully inherits the Group’s mature technology systems, comprehensive product portfolios, and global channel advantages. A seasoned expert in magnesium alloy forming technologies, Mr. Ma brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in R&D and production management across magnesium and magnesium alloy die casting and forging. He is one of the core inventors of the patented "one-step forged magnesium alloy wheel" technology, with deep expertise in integrating material properties with advanced forming processes.

He has held key positions at Foxconn Technology Group, Shandong Huashengrong Magnesium Industry Technology Co., Ltd., and Henan Dowell Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive end-to-end, practical experience in the mass production of critical lightweight components such as magnesium alloy automotive wheels, from process development through to large-scale industrialization.
