Xiaodao Liu is a distinguished expert in China's magnesium industry, bringing over two decades of experience in magnesium smelting and magnesium alloy application technology R&D. He has held key leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Chaohu Yunhai Magnesium Co., Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in establishing a fully integrated industrial chain from primary magnesium smelting to high-end magnesium alloy manufacturing. As a recognized technical leader, Mr. Liu has spearheaded several national research initiatives, including the "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Technology Integration for Key Magnesium Production Processes" under China's National 11th Five-Year Plan Key Technology R&D Program and the "Application-Oriented High-Performance Magnesium Alloy" project under the 12th Five-Year Plan. He also led the development of the Jiangsu Provincial Magnesium Alloy Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. Mr. Liu holds over 20 authorized patents and has published two academic works. His contributions to scientific and technological progress have been recognized with the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize in 2007 and Second Prize in 2012). His groundbreaking innovations—including large-scale vertical retort bottom-slagging magnesium smelting technology and the industrialization of large-sized integrated magnesium alloy die-casting components—have been widely adopted across the industry.

Koen van Trojen comes from a metal scrap processing and recycling family. His father started in the 1978 with magnesium scrap processing. Mr. Koen van Trojen joined the family business in 1990. At present ALLIED MAG operates the largest magnesium scrap processing facility in Europe.

With multiple heavy equipment including shredder lines and X-Ray sorting lines which can process most types of Mg scrap, including lower grade Mg scrap types. In 2014 a Joint Venture was made with Huiskes Group (specialised in E-scrap & Battery Recycling). Strategically located in the south of The Netherlands with both Rotterdam and Antwerp ports within 1 hour by truck. ALLIED MAG and Huiskes Group have a strong connection with China and have owned a recycling yard in Ningbo from 2004 to 2018.

Long Huang, male, Han nationality, currently serves as the Marketing Director of Proton Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of Shaanxi Zhimagnesium Fusion Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang has 15 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, having worked in product development, innovation of industrial chain cooperation models, and promotion and application of new products at King Long United Automotive Industry and Shaanxi Automobile Group. Mr. Huang has formed an industry alliance with partners in the magnesium industry to promote the large-scale application of magnesium alloys in car bodies and chassis. He promoted the development of China's first "hydrogen car magnesium trailer", achieving a weight reduction of 1,100kg, which was widely concerned by CCTV and other sectors of society. He led the team to independently develop the world's largest magnesium alloy integrated die-casting instrument panel tube beam, successfully achieving mass production and installation.

Mr. Anhong Chen is a senior engineer of SAIC Motor R&D Innovation Headquarters, with 18 years of experience at SAIC. Throughout his tenure, he has participated in and led the design and development of multiple projects of SAIC, including transmission assemblies and new energy electric drive assemblies. Currently, he is responsible for the design and development of electric drive system housings for new energy vehicles. Notably, Mr. Chen spearheaded the design and development of the world's first magnesium alloy electric drive assembly for new energy vehicles, which was successfully mass-produced and integrated into the IM L7 model in December 2021. Over the past three years, the series of magnesium alloy electric drive assemblies he designed and developed have been successfully mass-produced in various models, including IM, RISING, and MG. Currently, Mr. Chen is leading the design and development of the world's first mass-produced semi-solid process magnesium alloy electric drive housing for new energy vehicles.
